Terms of use
Plain language, no traps. By using TrustGram you agree to what follows.
1. What TrustGram is
TrustGram collects opinions from members about Telegram accounts, websites and companies, and summarises them as a risk score. Those opinions belong to the people who wrote them. We do not guarantee that any review is accurate or complete, and a score is never a verdict. Always do your own checks before you send money or share personal information.
2. Your account
You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account. Keep your password to yourself, use a real email address, and do not run more than one account to push a profile up or down. You are responsible for everything posted from your account.
3. What you may publish
Write only about experiences you actually had. Do not publish insults, threats, private information such as phone numbers, addresses or ID documents, content you do not have the right to share, or anything paid for by someone else. Reviews written to damage a competitor are removed.
4. Evidence
When you attach a screenshot or a document, you confirm you are allowed to share it. Files are stored privately and opened only through secure links by our team and, where relevant, by you.
5. Moderation
Every review is read by our team before it appears. We may edit obvious mistakes, hide personal data, refuse a review, or take one down later. We may also limit how often you can post, currently one review per day, and suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. If you are the subject of a review
You can report a review, or ask us to take it down through the removal request page. We remove content that is false, abusive or unverifiable. An honest account of a real experience stays online.
7. Your content, our site
You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us permission to show, store and distribute it on TrustGram. You may ask us to remove your own reviews at any time.
8. Liability
TrustGram is provided as is. We are not responsible for losses arising from decisions you make based on reviews or scores you read here.
9. Changes
We may update these terms as the platform changes. Meaningful changes will be announced on the site.
