How it works

Every profile on TrustGram is scored from what members report. Here is exactly what goes into it.

The risk score

Scores run from 0 to 100. They combine the share of negative reviews, how many negative reports there are, whether reviewers attached evidence, open complaints, and how recent the activity is.

0–20Safe

21–50Moderate Risk

51–75High Risk

76–100Very High Risk

Moderation

Reviews are checked by our team before they appear. We remove spam, abuse and personal data, and mark reviews as verified when the evidence supports them.

Evidence

Members can attach screenshots or documents. Attachments are stored privately and only opened through secure links. Only upload material you are allowed to share.

Fair use

One review per member per day keeps things balanced. Anyone can report a review or a profile they believe is wrong, and our team will look into it.
