If something written about you is false, out of date, or breaks our rules, tell us. We would rather fix a mistake than leave it online.

What we usually remove

  • Reviews that are false or cannot be supported by any evidence.
  • Personal details such as phone numbers, addresses or ID documents.
  • Content about the wrong account, domain or company.
  • Insults, threats or anything written to harass someone.

What we usually keep

An honest account of a real experience stays online, even when it is unflattering. If you disagree with it, the strongest answer is a public reply with your side of the story.

At least 20 characters.

Attach proof (optional)

Screenshots, receipts, chat exports or documents that show the review is wrong. JPG, PNG, WebP or PDF, up to 3 files, 6 MB each.
